My issue is the user is not able to forward the workitem from his inbox. It gives the error " no authorization-user can not approve e_user zspm_bdnp ".
The issue in detail :
The user1 is not able to forward pricing from his CRM workflow inbox of MAPP X-pro Office Employee1 which he recently got responsible for. I tried to set him up as account Manager but it didn't help. He still receives error " no authorization-user can not approve e_user zspm_bdnp ".
Kindly help me in this issue. Whether the error is standard or custom. How to rectify this. why this error occurs.
