Archived deliveries

Hi,

We have an issue where the sales order is open in the system while the delivery document has been archived. The document flow of the items show that the status of order as "Being Processed" and status of delivery as "Archived". We have checked that the delivery does not exist in LIKP and it exists in VBFA.

When we try to display the delivery document we get the error message "Archive file 000985-001RV_LIKP does not exist"

Please advise what could be the causing this.
