xMII 11.5 : Login error : "Unable to build user information"

Hi All

Recently one of our xMII servers, after the initial login page, we get error "Unable to build user information for authorization response"

We are running 11.5, tried to see logs which shows <Server IP> not a Authorised Proxy , but this error is coming since quite a long time so I think this is not related to that.

Any help would be highly appreciable.
