send work item to outlook

HI experts,

User in my case donot want to check mail via SBWP.

can i send some link to my outlook which redirect approver to workitem present in SBWP.

    Hi,

    This has been answered in the forum,

    Execute the report RSWUWFML2 as batch job or execute the SWN_SELSEN after configuring SWNCONFIG properly. These will send links of your workitems to external mail id.
