Applications NAKISA are not launch from a web brower

Hello guys,

I recently installed Nakisa 3.0 SP1 on Netweaver CE 7.2 SP5, and now we are facing the following problem: the nakisa aplications does not opening in a web browser more than "one" application at same time. for example: when I open OrgChart in a web browser and after that I try to open OrgModeler at the same time is appearing the error below:

500 Internal Server Error

Error: Application error occurred during the request processing.

Error occurred in invoking event "contextInitialized()" on listener

class com.sun.faces.config.ConfigureListener.

remark1: doesn't a matter the applications I try to start, could be others like SuccessionPlanning, TalentFramework, TalentDashboard... the error always is the same. I cant open more than one nakisa application at the same time.

I've checked the services in Netweaver CE and they are ok (started)

Also, I opened a message in SAP, but they advise me reinstall my Netweaver CE with SP1. And they said that the problem is SP5 from Netweaver CE.

could anybody help me ?

Hi Wendell,

Netweaver CE 7.2 SP5 is not supported by the VSN applications so you should downgrade to SP1 or SP2 and try again. While you are using SP5 there is no guarantee this issue will be resolved.
