Integration btween Portal & BW

Greetings,

I am running a Diagnostic Test for Portal and BI integration. I get an error "Multiple BI Master systems" for <SID>CLNT<MANDT> and SAP_BW (Under System Landscape folder). Which system between the 2 should be the Master system? I tried interchanging them, but it resulted with errors.
