highlight text in formatted text box?

I think i know the answer to this already - I have a strong feeling that the answer is NO, but i'll ask anyway...

Is there a way to highlight a word in the Formatted Text Edit box in WDA?

let's say I'm selecting from a list of words, when I select one, I'd like that same word to be highlighted in my box.
