Better way to get good understanding of Data Dictionary

Hi Friends,

I am Prasad. I have been working with ABAP programming since some months. But still i could'nt understand the Data Data Dictionary topic. I have gone through many types of Librarys , but couldnt understand. I want the good concepts regarding creating a table and relating to other tables. Could u suggest the good solution for this.

    Could you please explain what exactly have you not been able to comprehend? Do you have any prior programming experience especially related to information systems?
