Reactivate pdf form

Hi,

We have credit note pdf form, and we made some changed to the form. After moving changes to test system, scripts in form do not work (like display patterns). Usually when changes are transported we activate form by generating it first time on screen. If ran first time in background, scripting fails after that.

Is there a way to reactivate form without reimporting request?

you can try running program FP_GENERATE_FUNCTION_MODULE.

Note: this is a program in SE38, NOT a function module.

Thanks for the tip, it worked. Now we have a way to activate forms without transport.

great.. glad it worked - you won't always have to do this for each form, and you'll probably forget about the program until the next time you need it.. just bookmark this page in your web browser for easy access to the program name.

we have to use it once every 3 or 4 months.
