Accessing Group Sum from within the group?

Hello everyone,

I have set up a group in Crystal Report (Region) and a second group beneath it (Sales). The target is to calculate the % each sales line has on the region sales.

The total of the region is summarized in den groupfooter of group 1. My Problem is to access that result for the %-calculation in group 2. Can anybody give me a tip how I can do that?

I also tried it with summation of sales, but I dont know how I can reset the summary if the first group changes so that it always calculates the sum of all groups.

set up a formula for the group total and then use this formula

to debug print the formula on the details section it should the same for every record in the group.

( NB this is not true of running totals)
