Z Report for Change document for conditions

Hi All,

We have a requirement where there is an exisitng SAP report RV16ACHD,and we need to copy the same and create a Z report.

The fields that are to added in the selection criteria are:

Sales Org

Matreial

Profit Center

I need to find out which tables will these fileds will validate the data from while fetching the data for condition records?

Please help.
