want to Reduce the output of report?

I want to create a report. where i have Year in rows and month in columns with sales value.

If i select year 2009 to 2011 three record will. but in column for each year 12 column will come means 36 column for

sales value.

I want to see that in 12 columns. Like i want to see Jan one colum not three column like Jan,2009, jan,2010, Jan,2011.

How can i achive this thing. I already check with structures its possible with it. But is there any other function of Work around

for this available.

Hi,

Try Creating a Calyear range variable in the Filter section.

Assign 0calyear to the KF. Check whether it works....?

Hi,

Just you need to add variable on 0FISCYEAR or 0FISCPER.Add selection range variable and use it in query keyfigure.

Use 0FISCYEAR in rows and 0FISCPER3 in columns. Currently, you are using 0FISCPER which is not correct and shows 36 columns.
