Spam Upgrade Problem

Dear All

My Current solman is abap 7.0 and his spam lavel is 42 , now i wnat to update 7.0 to EPH1 so fist i update kernel and now i update spam 43 (7.01) because now my kenel show me 7.01 where spam show me 7.0/42 now for EPH 1 i update 43/701

but when i update spam it show me

SPAM/SAINT update SAPKD70029 has a lower version

(0029) than SPAM (0042)

please guid me
