ESS Implementation

Hi Experts,

We are implementing, ESS in our project,

When i click on Benfits and Payments >> Loan Request Link i get the following error, please help me

Access via NULL object reference not possible, error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE

Check in ST22 and see if you get any run time errors.

Are you on EHP4 or EHP5?

If you get this message only for this link, then you may have to check the object attached in the backend. It may be some kind of RFC connection issue or ABAP related issue.
