Re: Info record Maintain for all plant

Hi

I created one material for one plant and maintained the Info record, then number has been generated.

But ,

If i use the same material for the different plant and info record also been created but in the same number.

could you please let me know. i need to be in an different Info record number .

Anyone can suggest me

    Hi,

    PIR gets created with the combination of material and vendor and not plant and material. If you change plant that might be taken as chenge in PIR and updated same PIR.

    If you want to create PIR for same material with different plant say 2000, please extend material maste record to that particular plant. Crteate vendor master record in that plant 2000. Maintain PIR for that vendor master record and material master record in plant 2000. I hope this will resolve your issue. Thanking you.

      I'm using the same vendor but in different plant, since they Same PIR Number is generated eventhough extend the both material master and vendor master. if i use the same material.

      Please explain clearly or any suggestion
