Message error Problem

Dear Gurus,

My apologies if i am in the wrong forum. I was trying to do the release/transportation.After the task is released,

a message appears at the bottom of the screen. I am supposed to double click it and paste the content (message no. and text) in the Change management form (auditors require it).Unfortunatley, I forgot to double click it

and I pushed the back button. When i came back the message

no longer existed( totally blank). is there a way I can get back that message back..

Thank you

Hi Naveen,

This is the message you will get when you release the task and teh documentation window opens.

-

Create documentation for task <your task number>
Message no. TK 285

Diagnosis
Task "<your task number>" cannot be released as it does not have any documentation yet.

System Response
The release procedure is continued if you create the necessary documentation now. Otherwise, the release is terminated.

Procedure
Create the necessary documentation now.

-

Once you save your documentation in the documentation window, you will get the following message

Document saved as raw version
Message no. SD 216

-

When come back from the documentation window, you will get this final message.

Task <your task number> has been released to request <your request number>
Message no. TR 781

-

When you release the request itself, you will get the log overview. Now if you are asking about this, then you need to do the following

Go to SE01. Enter your request number. Click on 'Logs'. That will give you the log for your request.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

I think the message you saw was a Success message.

In that case, you cannot capture such messages. There is no you can achieve it.

Vara

Hi ,

You are right. That was a success message. I was supposed to document that by capturing it. I wish I could have done before going back. Anyways thank you all so much.
