GRC AC 5.3 - How to add a default role to a new user request

Hi all

Do you know how we can assign a default role to the new user request - we would like to have basic role assigned by default when creationg a new request - we take a look at user default configuration but do not find how to do it for a certain role

Hi Joelle,

Please navigate to CUP->Configuration tab. From left panel choose Roles and expand it. Click on Default Roles. Click on create. Now Select User attributes (System, Functional area etc) and click on "plus" icon to add a row. Now add the role you want as default role to the new user request. Revert back if you require further clarification.

Hi ,

You can check for the role mapping option in Configuration tab under role .
