personnel no is not selected for off-cycle posting ?

Hi Friends

i am giving bonus payment to employee in off-cycle after that i am posting the result. but problem is when i am trying to post system is not reading the personnel no.

if i am giving bonus on 05.05.2011

my controll record setting is 01.04.2011 with exit status

and while posting : payroll period is 01.04.2011

personnel no :xxx

paroll area:xx

of-cycle reason: bonus

all date field i have maintained 05.05.2011

please help me as i am new to offcycle posting.

Hi suprita!

Please give the error when you run off-cycle!

Btw: did you input bonus in IT0267? if not, of course u cannot run off-cycle. And 1 more, please check period of payroll, 04.2011 it means period from 01.04.11 to 30.04.2011,right? If not, please check because I guess you last payroll period from 1.07.11 to 31.07.11, so please maintain bonus in Aug-11 if you want to run off-cycle. And rechecked date & reason carefully when running off-cycle payroll.

It's better check payroll result in pc_payresult.
