notification events

i would like to receive a notification (subscription) only when a document is created and changed in a folder. in standard configuration i have to create 2 subscriptions for that. is there a possibility to combine these two events to one (create and change document)?

    sorry to tell, but there's no way to combine events freely.

    Also I've no idea how to do a workaround for this...
