Please Help me about reports

I want to Ask that any report avaialble in standard system which gives me Reason for action.

another report I want Nomination Details via standard report.

Hi Ankit;

With the help of ad-hoc query you can report it easily. You have to reach the screen with tcode S_PH0_48000510 - Ad-hoc Query chose /SAPQUERY/HR_ADM infoset.

And from the Actions Infotype you can choose Reason for action

you can use Ad-Hoc query to prepare a report.

using T.codes: SQ01 , SQ02 AND SQ03

Go to SAP1 t-code, there you can see different reports.
