    HI Sahana,

    you have to re-initialized and also reinitialized force start in administration tab.. if you have already done that then check the proxy settings in your bowser.

    if still you have issues then try to un-install and reinstall java 1.4.2/java 1.4.6 so that you would be able to solve your issue

    Regads,

    You should ensure you are on the latest patch level for your Support Package level the PI components along with the CORE-TOOLS components.

    For example if you are on PI 7.11 SP6, you should be on the latest patches for the following components:

    MESSAGING -> Latest Patch SP6 Patch 21

    SAP_XIAF -> Latest Patch SP6 Patch 20

    SAP_XIESR -> Latest Patch SP6 Patch 14

    SAP_XIGUI -> Latest Patch SP6 Patch 6

    SAP_XITOOL -> Latest Patch SP6 Patch 12

    CORE-TOOLS -> Latest Patch SP6 Patch 4

    This generally resolves this issue

    Quick fix temporary Solution

    >Remove any ESB client applications from within Web Start.

    >For Windows open Java Web Start. You can use this short cut: Start > Run (and type) javaws (or javaws -viewer for JRE 1.6x+)

    >Remove all/any ESR Web Start Applications

    Permanent Solution

    >Open the default ESR start page located at http://servername:port/rep

    >Click on the Administration link in the right top corner and logon

    >Select Java Web Start Administration

    >Click on the second option "Restore Archives and Generate Signatureu201D

    >Then click on the JNLP File Url Link (Actually make sure you click the Execute link)

    >Wait 10-20 minutes for the JAR files to re-generate

    For Citrix operations

    Press Ctrl + F3 to open Task Manager @ Remote server. Then got to new Task and use OS commands to operate.

    Regards

    Raj

    In addition you can check the notes #929144 'XI/PI:Jar Files signed by different certified keys' and #1598282 ' XI/PI:Jar Files are signed by different certificates in 2011'.
