I have an issue that needs resolving.
We have setup a basic Service Desk in SolMan 7.01.
We were able to report on our issues using the "queries" functionality in the Incident Management workcenter.
Ever since we installed a TREX instance all our queries return empty.
I've gone throufgh all the steps in the install guide of TREX 7.1 to check what I did wrong, but I can't find anything.
Also, when I search for solutions in our SDB, I get no hits, even when I search for all blanks or asteriks (*).
