Pricing Integration not working

Hi Experts,

We are working on an integration scenario between C4C and ECC via PI.

We have scucessfully triggered all the processes, Customer bi-directonal, material, sales order from opportunity to ECC SO, but when we are trigerring on external pricing from our C4C opportunity, we are getting an error, http 500.

We are not using reverse proxy in PI.

We tried checking services in SICF for this processin ECC and indentified that system is not able to open that URL when we click on test service.

This is the last pending issue in our project and we have raised an incident on very high priority for this because it's hampering our final UAT and Go-Live data.

Your response will be highly appreiciated.

Hi Ankur,

Please note that from ECC to C4C, HTTP Error 500 is not actually an Error, but the expected behavior.
Same with the other direction.

It is what the PI returns as a result.

The Support team will guide you more on that.
