I am experiencing the same problem at the moment. I receive this error during a request transportation from Dev system to QA system. During the transportation, a program called as RDDEXECL works and each time it is canceled. I've tried lots of things but none of them helped to solve the issue. I am not able to execute KE3I since the Development system and QA system are different than each other. Therefore I can't transport Operating Concern from Dev to QA system. Could you please give me a little information about the solution that you found?
