HTML viewer strips out data values from charts

Hello,

I've developed a report that includes a chart which has axis values (and labels). When I upload the .rpt file to my java application and then run it using the HTML viewer in my app the axis values are stripped from the report. I have numerical values up the y axis and the group labels along the x axis. Nothing appears except the bars and the grid.

If someone can help me identify how to enable the html viewer to render the chart the same way my CR developer software does that'd be great.
