We are implementing a In House Repair scenario in CRM. I created a Repair Order (Copied from REPA) in CRM and replicated to ECC. But the status of the BDOC is in yellow ( Sent to receivers, not all have confirmed). Error message is showing as ERP adapter is called.
The order is replicated to ECC, but when i create the delivery and PGI, the status is not getting updated in CRM. Also the document flow is not getting updated in CRM.
I checked SMQ1, and SMQ2 in both CRM and ECC, but here are no queues pending. No dumps in CRM and ECC.
Can you please suggest how to set the status green and get the status and document flow updated in CRM
