Hi,
I have seen that BDC works the best if the no of Wagetypes are more.
Please ask ABAPER to create one BDC to upload IT0008 data.
Hope this Helps.

Hi Mrudula;
I upload data to IT0008 with LSMW in my projects. But what you must be carefull of is that there must be entry in IT0007 otherwise Work hours/period in IT0008 is created 0 as a result of no entry in IT0007. And it causes in payroll run. It gives he error "error in dividing to zero"
Do you need any information about LSMW? If you need please let me know. Basicly you have to acces LSMW with transaction LSMW then you need to make a recording. You need to define variable fields and then you can upload data.
Regards.

Hi,
You have to fix the following as :
BSGRD - 100 (Capacity Util. Level)
DIVGV - 204 (Works hours /period) ...or else the number of hours in your workschedule ... you can view its value in infotype IT0007 (Planned Working time) in the field MOSTD (Monthly working hours)
You can use this BAPI --> BAPI_BASICPAY_CREATE or Function module --> HR_ECM_INSERT_INFOTYPE or HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION
