Experts,
I have a client who are printing checks and we saw something strange today. They will use the Document printing screen to print checks. After selecting the checks to print and selecting the printer the Confirmation Box do not appear and a red line appears at the bottom with this message: No matching records found.
These checks are printed and confirmed automatocally - not confirmed by the user.
I could not see that this is relating to a setting in the 'document settings' or bank setup screens.
