surcharge price

Hi Gurus,

We want to maintain surcharge price so that the price also gets included on the conditions of the PO. First i thought a condition type on the inforecord. The surrcharge will be based on weight and not on quantity. for example 10 USD per 1LB. Also the surcharge rates change monthly, so how can we or the user update the prices everymonth. any report that could help us in downloading the surcharge condition types etc. But first of all i would like to know if inforecord is the right place or is there any other place.

Info record is the right place to use surcharges, and you can set valid from and valid to when this surcharge is used.
