Dear All,
Can anyone give me a table name, that store every ticketu2019s status and priority in solution manager.
or else is there any standard function module available, that return particular ticket's status and priority.

CRMD_ORDERADM_H( GUID listed)
CRM_JEST(user current status, givce GUID as input)
crm_jcds(all previous status)

I have listed some solman related tables below.
each and every time the status changed there will be two entries in CRM_JEST for user status and System Status.
