Modification of appraisal template

Hello

We have implemented the SAP PD module for our client.

We have 2 appraisal templates.

In the layout tab of the appraisal template, there are 3 links. One of the link is 'Display Previous Button' which looks in the form of a button in the portal screen.

On clicking this button, an implementation of the BADI (HRHAP00_LINK) is called and executed.

Now, currenly on clicking this button, we get an error message that 'Cannot display last appraisal document; no document exists'. The reason this message is shown because the last document belongs to the second template.

To avoid this message, we have created another implementation and we want to configure this in the Appraisal Template. So, basicially, we want to modify the appraisal template in the way that on clicking the button, Custom implementation should be called instead of Standard.

When we check in PHAP_CATALOG, in the layout of the template, there is section called Relationships, we need to remove the standard filter value with our custom created one.

Already these templates are in production system and there are lot of documents present in the production system. Our changes to the template shouldnt impact the already existing documents in production.

Can you please help in following the steps on how to modify the appraisal template. Is there a need to Archive the template and create a new one. The objective is to change the filter value in the template and send it to production.

I hope i am clear in expressing my doubt.

Regards

Sandeep

    Hi,

You should ask this question from some of the HR related forums. This is a workflow forum.

    Kind regards,
