Hi ,
Can any one tell how to solve this problem with rounding quota or is there is any other solution.
If employee apply 2- 3 days or either 1, 5, 6 ,7 days absence then deduction will always be 7 days quota.
he has 7 days quota balance in his IT 2006
Hi Tina,
as JINU says, this isn't possible to configure through the rounding rules; for absences the rules round each counted day separately and then add them up.
Adding it into a schema would be the easiest option to make it function as you require, although this may be affected by how often you run the schema (e.g. if you run it nightly then the employee would be able to book multiple absences during the day).

HI Everyone
Thanks for your reply
My problem is
If employee apply one day leave or even two day leave say
Emp - XXXXX
03.09.2011 - 04.03.2011 then in actuall system will deduct 2 days quota from IT 2006
But i requirement is system should deduct 7 days quota.
Quota should be splited that means even if employee apply one or two days quota should get exhausted
and he cannot further apply for remaining days quota.
i hope now it will more clear
Thanks

Dear Tina,
Is your requirement clear as you mentioned in the forum, as asking by salil.
If it is so replied by them,
you need to work it thru PCRs,
all the best.

I think she say's
If an employee apply one day leave, system deducts 7 days and she needs to make the system to deduct the actual days.
Tina, is it so?
