Rename a FS

Hello,

I am building a sandbox as a copy of a system, and I just created the FS on AIX side.

But I forgot to change the old SID to the new SID, like sapmnt/oldSID to /sapmntnewSID.

Is it possible to rename somehow all the FS and dirs from the old SID to the new one ?

Sure... Just unmount them, rename and mount.. That's it.

You probably want to rename your database as well after that activity? You can create a symbolic link from the old SID to the new SID in order to be able to start your database.

After that, you can rename the database..
