Dynamic CheckBox label

Can somebody help me out with this?

I have a view with 4 visible user interface elements (a DateNavigator,

a Group, a Button and a TextView)

Whenever the user selects a date in the DateNavigator, the selected

date is automatically inserted in the Group, dynamically instantiated

CheckBox objects)

Once you finish inserting the dates in the group, the next step consist

of checking some dates from the Group).

The last step is done when clicking the button, where you transfer

the selected dates in the group to the textview.

I am now stuck at the following situation: I just fullfilled the group

with dates selected from the DateNavigator (based on the sdn tutorial

Dynamic Programming in WD), but I don't know how to get the text from

the selected CheckBoxes inside the Group.

any help will be appreciated.

Why do you create CheckBox instances dynamically? You could use a CheckBoxGroup (bound to a context node) instead .

When adding a new date, you would add a new node element with text and date as desired. The CheckBoxGroup will then automatically be updated.

The context node would have attributes "date" : Date, "text" : String, etc.

For the TextView you could get these values from the node elements.
