Ressource Bundles for predefined properties

Hi,

I created several predefined properties in KM (SP9) and tried to name the lables using keys for labels and bundle files. For some reason the labels are not displayed as described in the bunde file...

I created a property group in the property structures as well as a property metadata group, both linked with bundle file 'sglex.cm.document.language'. The predefined properties are assigned to the property metadata group.

I created a 'sglex.cm.document.language.jar' with sglex.cm.document.language.properties and sglex.cm.document.language_de.properties inside and saved it in \usr\sap\SXP\JC00\j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\irj\servlet_jsp\irj\root\WEB-INF\portal\portalapps\com.sap.km.common.resourcebundle\lib

Anything missing here?

Thanks for any help

Martin

    Hi Martin,

as a solution to your problem, I would suggest to create a new metadata extension (under Content Management -> Global Services -> Property Metadata -> Metadata Extensions) where you specify the bundle file.

For each property you have than to define the "Key for Label" as defined in the bundle file, as well as the "Meta Data Extension".

    Hope this helps,

    Robert
