Confirmation document not available for GR qty

Hi experts,

I want to reverse the GR for the particulart part through CO13 for that i unable to findout the confirmation qty which i need to reverse.

I have checked that production order through COOIS and find the material document for the 101 mvt(GR) and also stock is available under the quqality inspection.

In standard practice all GR qty should reflect in confirmation display but in my case it is not happening for the particulat part and particular qty.

I need expert advice, what are the possible causes for the make this happend and how to resolve.

Hi,

You want to reverse the GR through C013,that mean in

1.confirmation parameter setting mark all component

OR

2.In Production schudeling profile you set GR During confirmation.

Then only it happen.

confirmation is only for good issue quantity,not GR(goods Receipt) quantity.if you want reverse good receipt do it in MB31.
