How to customize the destination when sending IDoc to Biztalk Adapter?

Hi,

We are making a demo that sending IDoc to Biztalk Adapter which involving .NET connector. When performing the customizing of "Destination" in SM59, we don't know how to create the RFC destination of TCP/IP connection. Anyone know this, please give us some tips and thank you.
