PCA report for balance sheet accounts

Hi,

i have assigned Profit Center in Material.

So the Cunsumption account hit the Profit center.

If i see the GL document profit center assigned at line item, but i couldnot able to view the PCA report for Balance sheet account

Can you please help.

Pl try drilldown reports

S_E38_98000088 - Profit Center Group: Plan/Actual/Variance

S_E38_98000089 - Profit Center Group: Plan/Plan/Actual

Even then also no use.

Profit center updated on the line items.

But PCA document not created for balance sheet line item.

please help.

Hi,

the notes 826357 and 1241741 describe the system behaviour.

If NewGL and classical PCA is active and we want to post balance sheet account into classical PCA, we have to maintain

these BS accounts for relevant controlling area in trx. 3KEH.

If the relevant BS account was not assigned in 3KEH during FI posting, no PCA document could be generated.

Hi Wamman,

We are in ECC 6 and New GL is not activated.

Clssic PCA maintained PC in 3KEH.

Assigned PC in Material Master consumption entry Consumption (P&L) to Inventory (B/S)

Consumption (P&L) updated with Profit center and PCA document created

Inventory (B/S) line updated with Profit center but PCA document was not created.

The problem is resolved

I maintained entries both in 3KEH and FAGL3KEH also.

Then the PCA document created for balance sheet accounts also
