CRDC issue with dynamic parameters

Reports based off SFDC data that have dynamic parameters are not rendering on CRDC. The page displays a white screen and does not load.

I still see this as an issue. Our reports never or take forever to populate the dynamic parameters. It's been down for over a week now using the online tool.

Do your reports refresh as expected directly from the CR designer?

Can you try building a simple report with a dynamic parameter and try again? Also, Is Sales Force Dot Com used as the data source?

We are experiencing the same problem, just since this afternoon. I am able to create and run the reports in Crystal Reports Designer successfully, however in CRDC none of the reports are rendering regardless of whether they are parameterized or not. A blank screen is all that is displayed. Can you please help.

This issue should be corrected. There was a problem with multiple scheduled reports that were tieing up the system.

We are unable to execute any of our salesforce reports. When we click on the reports from the crytalreports.com page, we just get a blank white screen and we never get to the report parameter screen. we are desparate for support. we have many users who cannot get to the reports and this seems to be the only support lifeline. is there anyone here that can assist in troubleshooting this with us.

Yesterday on 9/13, CRDC was experiencing an issue where the system became unstable due to a renegade scheduling by a customer that was tieing up the servers. This has been corrected. Please let me know if the issue is still ongoing for you. Reports are rendering as expected in my tests.
