SRM Mails in user management

Hello,

I am working on SRM 4.0.

Currently we are receiving mails while user creation which contains Automatically generated password and sent to user Email id.

I have some queries.

1. How these mails are generated ( I have checked for User exit and Badis but no luck)

2. These mails are only generated in production enviroment not in quality and development is any specail configuration required.
