Hi Sriram,

You need to use the RRI funtionality here. Go to transaction rsbbs and give the required details such as the query name(associated with the workbook), transaction, system name,etc... You would be needed to create an infosource for achieving this.

Hi Dinesh,

I've a jump report that should execute from workbook. When I tried to execute the jump report from the workbook it is asking to choose 'infosource name'. However, my infoprovider has 10 cubes and workbook is fetching data from various cubes. How can I choose a right 'info source' name ?

Thanks,

Madhu

Hi Sriram,

As I had mentioned earlier in my post did you create an infosource for RRI. You need to mention the infosource in the rsbbs.

Hi Dinesh and Siegfried Szameitat

Thanx for ur post. I went to the t-code /nrsbbs and in the query tab mentioned the query and in the reciever, i created a new row for transaction in source system (our production system) and in the report i mentioned ME23N and saved the entry. Now in the workbook where i have inserted this query, i refreshed the query but there was not any change.

Please guide me further

Hi Sriram,

It seem sthat you are using RRI for the fisrt time, so just wanted to mention that just refreshing the query will not lead you to the R3 transaction. You need to you the GOTO function, either from the context menu or from the BEx Analyser toolbar. When you click this, it will further show you the name of the RRI link that you set up in RSBBS and then by selecting this, you can jump to the transaction,

Hope this helps..

Hi Sriram,

goto transaction RSBBS and maintain the sender-/receiver assignments.

Sender will be the query that is embedded in your workbook, receiver is the transaction in R/3.

This should work!
