ODS to infocube

Hello folks,

I have a requirement for extracting the data into ODS and from ODS to Infocube.

Can you please explain in detail about how to go with this,I mean especially the data loads(full ,delta),what are the settings do be done both at ODS and Infocube level.Any other issues if i misssed

Hi Lisa,

this question is not that easy to answer. First of all, while posting data to your ods it depends on your datasource if you can do deltas or you need to do full loads (may be some kind of selective full). Depending on the datasource you need to set up your update mode of the keyfigures to 'overwrite' in case of full loads and to 'additive' in case of deltas (with before and after images).

Posting from ODS to Cube it mostly depends on your requirements. I know scenarios running deltas from ODS to CUBE as well as full loads (deleting previos requests) ...
