Payroll Issue: PC00_M40_F24Q IN BATCH

Dear Friends,

I have a problem in the report pc00_m40_f24Q generated for the filing

of quarterly and annual TDS return.

We are in SAP version of 4.7 and maintained the support package level upto SAPKE470C3.

The problem is in the generation of the report pc00_m40_f24Q in batch .This is noteworthy to mention here that i am able to generate the report for the individual employeewise but while generating the report

in batch i am getting the error " *Period parameters for payroll area (say AB) not available*

• Message no. HRPAYSI022** ".i have also applied the note 1611125 release recently . still problem persists.

so, please suggest the probable solutions to solve the problem at the

earliest.u201D

Hello Tapas,

There might be the case, one employee have 2 recrods, one for which employee status as withdrawn and inactive respectively. So you need to verify the PERNR records. Due to this you would be getting the error.

You may check if the BAdI 'HR_IN_F24Q_TAX_CHECK' is implemented correctly in your system.
