Sales Target Quantity Upload Issue- 2LIS_11_VAITM

Hi,

I am using the standard business content 2LIS_11_VAITM data source key figure <b>0TARGET_QTY</b>. But while uploading the data, i am facing the following issue.

<b>"No SID found for value '005' of characteristics 0TARGET_QU"</b>

Please help me in providing <u><i><b>update routine method</b></i></u> for this or any other suitable solution.

Hi Rajiv,

maybe your problem is related to Target quantity UoM 0TARGET_QU and not on the related key figure (otherwise SID check doesn't make sense...)

check the update method of your unit (I don't think you have 005 as unit of measure...)

I have checked that if you are using OTARGET_QU as UOM with 0TARGET_QTY, then it's not working. But if you are using any other UOM say example (0SALES_UNIT OR 0BASE_UOM) with 0TARGET_QTY, then it is working perfectly fine.

I guess there is some issue with 0TARGET_QU as UOM.

But changing 0TARGET_QTY base UOM as 0SALES_UNIT OR 0BASE_UOM is not the right thing as we are touching the standard info object 0TARGET_QTY.

Please advice what is the best method to rectify this issue.

Rajiv,

I think you have to find the reason of your problem (related to your UoM)...try to simulate your update and debug your transfer/update rules in order to see how the value arrives in your system...
