Set delivery complete indicator in Purchase Order

I am getting an error "Purchasing document has release indicator R (changes not possible)" while updating delivery complete indicator in Purchase order using MASS change transaction. I have set changeability of Purchasing Document for release indicator as 1 in release strategy due to which it is not allowing to change the PO. So please suggest solution to bypass this error while updating the delivery complete indicator.

You could try will indicators 4 and 6

Hi,

With release indicator as "1", you would not be able to change the Purchasing documents for which the release strategy has been triggered. Change the Changeablity indicator in the Release indictor to 2/3/4 and then proceed with Msas change. Later you can reset the value to 1.

Hi Aruna,

You cannot Bypass this. You can solve this in 2 ways.

1. Temporarily change it to 2

2. Do the changes (setting del compl indicator) before release.
