How do you get full Customer Address on Crystal One page per customer state

We would like to use the One page per customer Crystal version Customer Statement. Unfortunately the version that comes with Version 8.8 PL 14 only includes the first line of the Business Partner Address and does not include the:

1. Block

2. City

3. State

4 ZipCode

I've tried to bring in other fields but am unable to identify the fields that would be appropriate from the PLD_Fileds included in the Database expert.

Any assistance with this would be appreciated.

Hi Jim,

To get full Customer Address on Crystal One page per customer state, you may have to create your own.

All reports converted from PLD is hard coded. You may not be able to customized it.

This is a modification to the system report Collection Report - CR (US) and would require linking to PLD_ITEMS in the Database Fields. I have never had any success changing the database fields associated with a report from the print layout designer in Crystal. Each time I've tried it the base report stops working.

You will find the rest of the fields like BlockCity,State,ZipCode in CRD1 table.So you have to join CRD1 table with OCRD table in your query.
