How to purge PSA?

Hi,

I just want to know how could I purge the PSA on a scheduled BASIS and delete say a <i>1 Week Old</i> Request.

Is there such a way? Or is PSA meant to be deleted manually?

    Hi Jkyle,

    You could also use a process chain for doing this. Select the Process Type "Delete PSA Request" from Other BW Processes. In the Process Type give the object type as "PSA table" and the object name. You have a option there for "Older days". Enter the no. of days after which you would want to delete the PSA. In your case it is 7 days.

    hi,

    under the AWB, go to modeling->PSA and locate the PSA you want to delete from. right-click that PSA and click "delete PSA data".

    inside you can schedule a job periodically for requests older than a certain number of days, ensuring that you define your start condition properly.
