appointment creation in webui

Hi Experts !

can anybody please tell me how to create an appointment in sap crm webui. even though account and contact relationship is maintained in the transaction BP in gui , still the error pops up asking me to enter the sales organization, distribution channel and division?

Use business role SALESPRO for creating a task.,
