Hi
I have the above generic error message when I load the data.
I have two datapackages. Datapackage one processed with no errors. Datapackage 2 has the above error that is "Error 5 when adding to PSA"
I dont see any other information like dump etc..
I don't know why it is not writting to PSA. Could you please help me here.
Hi,
May be the SAP note 683312 After you import a Support Package: Cannot read queue data', It explains something about 'error message may occur in BW when writing to the PSA'
Hope this helps

Hi AP,
Thanks for you help. As I mentioned earlier I reload the data without fixing anything and went fine.
Let me read the notes that you specified.
Thanks.

Hi,
In the monitor please check the status tab and step by step analysis button for the errored request.
Type in where the error occured.

Hi,
I don't see the Datapackage 2(No records) in the PSA itself. Where as I could see Datapackage 1. Data package 2 is not written in PSA. The error occurs when it writes into PSA.
Also when I ran the load again without any fix it went fine which is kind of strange.

Hi,
Please check the PSA Maintenance and the Data in the DataPackage 2. Please try to find the record with error and try to modify it or delete it.If you select the status column and 'sort in descending order' you can find the errored record easily.
This may be due to conversion exit in the infoobject or infosource transfer rules too.
Hope this helps
