Deleting master data from transformation

Dear Experts

If a DTP finds a same-key record as already existing in Master data, and if this record found in DTP is having a certain status or flag, this record should be skipped and the existing same-key record should be deleted from the master data . The master data is not used in any infoprovider transaction data.

Can this be done? If so, kindly give me some clues how to achieve this.
